Receive matched service providers.
Make payments through supported payment gateways.
Obtain service provider contact information after successful payment.
Calling Daddy acts solely as a technology and discovery platform and does not itself provide any professional services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
We reserve the right to deny access to users who provide false information or misuse the Platform.
3. ACCOUNT AND COMMUNICATIONS
To use the Platform, you may be required to provide:
Mobile number
Name
Service-related information
Payment details
By using Calling Daddy, you consent to receiving:
WhatsApp messages
SMS notifications
Transactional emails
Booking updates
Payment confirmations
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional communications necessary for providing the service may continue.
4. SERVICE MATCHING
Calling Daddy attempts to match users with suitable service providers based on the information submitted through the Platform.
We do not guarantee:
Availability of providers
Response times
Service quality
Successful completion of work
Specific pricing from providers
All service engagements occur directly between the user and the selected service provider.
5. PAYMENTS
Payments may be collected through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.
By making a payment, you authorize Calling Daddy and its payment partners to process the transaction.
Payments may include:
Lead access fees
Booking fees
Platform convenience fees
Applicable taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable after provider contact details have been shared.
6. CONTACT INFORMATION SHARING
After successful payment:
Calling Daddy may share the selected provider's contact information with the user.
Calling Daddy may share the user's contact information with the provider.
Both parties agree to use such information solely for fulfilling the requested service.
Unauthorized marketing, spam, resale, or misuse of contact information is prohibited.
7. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Service providers available through Calling Daddy are independent third parties.
They are:
Not employees of Calling Daddy.
Not agents of Calling Daddy.
Not authorized to make commitments on behalf of Calling Daddy.
Calling Daddy does not supervise, control, or direct the manner in which providers perform their services.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree not to:
Provide false information.
Impersonate another person.
Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
Harass, threaten, or abuse service providers.
Circumvent the Platform to engage in fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for all information submitted through the Platform.
9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is determined at Calling Daddy's sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Generally:
Payments made solely for provider contact access are non-refundable once contact details are delivered.
Duplicate payments may be refunded.
Failed transactions may be reversed according to payment gateway timelines.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, software, workflows, chatbot conversations, trademarks, logos, and platform materials are owned by Calling Daddy or its licensors.
No part of the Platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced without written permission.
11. DISCLAIMER
Calling Daddy is a technology platform only.
We do not guarantee:
Accuracy of provider information.
Service quality.
Professional qualifications.
Licensing status of providers.
Completion of any work.
User satisfaction.
Users engage providers at their own discretion and risk.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calling Daddy shall not be liable for:
Service disputes between users and providers.
Property damage.
Personal injury.
Loss of profits.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Delays or failures caused by third parties.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Calling Daddy in relation to the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
13. PRIVACY
Your use of Calling Daddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process information necessary to:
Match users with providers.
Process payments.
Improve platform performance.
Comply with legal obligations.
14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:
You violate these Terms.
You engage in fraud or abuse.
We are required to do so by law.
Termination may occur without prior notice.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
